Rice Paddy Farm — Kibimba

Kibimba is Uganda's oldest and largest rice scheme. This project funds 25 acres of irrigated paddy with a milling unit. NERICA varieties give 3 harvests per year with 5–6 tonnes/acre yield. Milled rice is sold to Kampala supermarkets and school feeding programs under government contracts. Water rights are secured and the irrigation system is already functional.
