Driver Support & Insurance Fund

Delivery drivers are the backbone of the platform but face income disruption from accidents and mechanical breakdowns. This fund provides: (1) emergency repair loans (up to UGX 500,000 at 0% interest), (2) group health insurance covering hospitalisation, (3) personal accident insurance for on-duty injuries. The fund generates returns from a 2% weekly deduction from rider earnings (agreed upfront) and from unused pool interest.
