Community Pharmacy Network — Rural Uganda

Over 60% of Ugandans lack access to quality medicines within 5km. This project opens 5 franchised pharmacies in Kitgum, Moroto, Adjumani, Kotido, and Nakapiripirit with WHO-compliant cold chain storage. Each pharmacy is staffed by a trained dispenser and serves 150–200 patients/day. Revenue comes from medicine sales, health consultations, and malaria rapid test services. NDA (National Drug Authority) registration and supplier contracts are pre-arranged.
