Broiler Chicken Farm — Kampala (10,000 Birds/Cycle)

Kampala's demand for chicken exceeds supply by 200,000 birds/week. This project runs a 10,000-bird broiler farm on a 6-week production cycle (8 cycles/year). Birds reach 2.0–2.5kg in 6 weeks. At UGX 13,000/kg live weight, revenue per cycle exceeds UGX 260M. The on-site slaughter unit adds 20% value per bird. Supply contracts are signed with Kenchic and KFC Uganda.
