This applies to the Njoodukani website and to the Njoodukani, Njoodukani Driver and Njoodukani Vendor apps, which share one account.

What is deleted

• Your name, username, email address and phone number
• Your profile photo, saved delivery addresses and identity (KYC) documents
• Your marketplace ads, dating profile, photos, likes and chat messages
• Your login — you will not be able to sign in again

What is kept

Order, payment and investment records are kept without your name or contact details, because we are required to keep financial records. Vendor shops are closed and their products hidden.

How to delete your account

• In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account.
• On this page: sign in, then confirm with your password below.
• By email: if you can no longer sign in, email support@njoodukani.com from the address on your account. We complete requests within 30 days.
